Inclusive Leadership: What Happens at the Intersection of Self-Awareness, Trust, and Performance

This workshop takes participants into a guided journey to inclusive leadership by having a greater understanding of self-awareness while leveraging specific competencies to intentionally create and maintain an inclusive team. It highlights the power of influence and trust as leaders match inclusive words that are confirmed with inclusive behaviors. It offers guidance to vision opportunities to inspire creativity, instill trust, and strategically focus on team inclusion and performance.

Participants will:

  • Become aware of ways to mitigate personal and organizational biases.
  • Understand the importance of emotional intelligence in creating and maintaining inclusive teams.
  • Identify strategies to implement inclusive language and action to form a high-performing team.
  • Recognize key leadership characteristics to promote inclusive workplaces, even in the face of opposition.
