Inclusive Recruiting: The Why and the How

Key to leveraging diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace is to start at the beginning – attracting and hiring diverse talent. As the talent pool both domestically and globally becomes more diverse, it is critical that all organizations across all sectors step up their inclusive recruiting. This workshop will start with understanding the compelling business case for focusing on inclusive recruiting, then moving to building a strategy with a logical approach to implementation of inclusive recruiting techniques. A deep dive on how unconscious bias directly impacts inclusive recruiting will be covered as well as techniques to mitigate unconscious bias in recruiting.
