Our keynote speaker will be Tracy Baim\, activist\, author and the founder and publisher of Windy City Times. We will host a workshop on the crucial 2026 Midterm elections\, featuring multi-generational political activists at the state and local level. We are partnering with the Dyson Wellness Center to build kits for NCC students to protect their mental and reproductive health. We are collecting food for our students and local food bank. Kim Villanueva\, our newly elected president of NOW\, will stop by. We will present our annual awards. We are also throwing in a bit of business with officer elections and action plan resolutions. MMIW Day challenges the silence and inaction surrounding these crimes.
