Dates of the 2025 NOW National Conference: Friday, July 11 to Sunday, June 13, 2025

Location: VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON, Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas, NV (times are Pacific Daylight Time).

This year’s conference is a “hybrid” format for people who can attend in person or virtually in any location via the internet on a computer, laptop, notebook, tablet, or smartphone.

All voting at this 2025 conference will be electronic – both those attending in person and virtual attendees. In-person attendees will have access to computers at the conference, or they can vote on their personal device.

To vote in the 2025 National NOW Officer elections and on proposed Resolutions and By-law changes, you must be:

1) A NOW member in good standing whose dues are received or who joined NOW by Saturday, April 12, 2025; and,
2) Duly registered and credentialed for the conference no later than 12 NOON Pacific Daylight Time on Saturday, July 12.

Plan to vote using the exact same email you use to register.
Voting is associated with one email address for the whole process.

• NOW members who Register for the Conference need to be Credentialed – meaning, you are confirmed as current now members in good standing! Lifetime Members are automatically credentialed!

NOW Let’s Vote for NOW Officer Candidates KIM-ROSE, Saturday July 12th!

• Voting for NOW Officers will take place for two hours at the Conference or virtually on Saturday, July 12 ~

• From 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm Pacific Daylight Time
5:30 to 7:30 pm (Mountain Daylight Time)
6:30 to 8:30 pm (Central Daylight Time)
7:30 to 9:30 pm (Eastern Daylight Time)
1:30 to 3:30 pm (Hawaii Standard Time)
2:30 to 4:30 pm (Hawaii Daylight Time)
3:30 to 5:30 pm (Alaska Daylight Time)

Q: How can I check to see if my NOW membership is valid and has not expired?
A: Since the conference is just a few days away, we recommend that you go ahead and register, either for the $10 reduced rate or for free by emailing VP Bear Atwood tasking for a free registration: vp@now.org.

You will then receive an email, either saying you are credentialed and can vote with information on how to proceed, or that you are just registered. If you think you quality to vote and are not credentialed, email kathybonk@mac.com.

Q: If needed, how can I show that I am a qualified member?
If you have a canceled check or a credit card statement that shows a payment for NOW dues before April 12, 2025, and sent to a local or state chapter, you may need to ask the NOW leader for a written letter or email indicating that you are a member in good standing and qualify to vote at the 2025 national NOW conference.
